Studio apartment in the 3rd arrondissement, Paris

Location

The apartment is the top floor of a small building in the Marais, which is a wonderful district of Paris.

Nearby Amenities

Markets, cafes, and restaurants all around.

The House/Apartment

The small building was in immaculate condition and the neighbors were very friendly. The apartment, a studio with skylights, was serene, beautiful, and cozy. A wonderful spot to come back to at the end of the day. Climbing stairs cannot be an issue however.

Garden

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Everything in the apartment was in excellent condition and very aesthetic. A perfect arrangement for one or two people.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bed was roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing--a shower unlike any I have ever had the pleasure of using.

Kitchen

The kitchen area was necessarily small, but had been equipped with everything one would need to cook a meal. All was good quality and new. It was beautiful and a pleasure to use.

Problems or Bonuses

The owner of the apartment was staying on the floor below and he was wonderful. Extremely welcoming, charming, and helpful. We felt very well taken care of.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

The agency is excellent to deal with and all speak English. If anything, the apartment exceeded the published information. I think their prices are very fair.

Do you recommend this vacation rental to others?

YES! It is clear that the owner loves this apartment and we did as well.

Things to do in this area

Too numerous to mention. One can easily walk to many museums, sights, the Opera Bastille, and other parts of Paris. If not, the Metro is very nearby.
