In the 7th arr., on Rue. St. Dominique.

Nearby Amenities

Very convenient location, close to groceries, markets and boutiques. Metro is about three blocks away, easy bus connections.

The House/Apartment

A nice quiet apartment in an older building in the 7th. Very secure entrance. On the first floor (second floor American).

Garden

No outside area.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The apartment was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is a trundle bed in the living room, but we didn't use it, so I can't say if it is comfortable. Dining area has a small table with four chairs. This apartment is certainly not a deluxe property, but it is clean and well maintained.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bed was comfortable, the bedroom is quite roomy. Sheets and pillows were fine, and a change of linens was provided. The bathroom is a split bathroom, with a separate WC. The shower is a tub/shower combo, and could be a bit awkward to get in/out of if one has mobility problems. Plenty of hot water. Extra towels were furnished, as well as face-cloths. A hairdryer was also available.

Kitchen

Very small kitchen, but usable for light cooking. Dishes were adequate, pots and pans were of medium-low quality, as were knives and utensils. Kitchen has a large (by Euro standards) fridge and a microwave, as well as an oven and cook-top. No dishwasher. No washer/dryer.

Problems or Bonuses

Free WiFi worked great! No surprises, as this was our second stay in this apartment.

Agency and Representatives (and price)

Vacation in Paris is fantastic to work with. It is very convenient having keys mailed prior to leaving -- so much easier than meeting a "greeter." The contract and terms are clear and very reasonable, no surprises.
