Getting Around in Savannah
Savannah is very much a pedestrian city, and if you stay in the Historic District, you do not need a car. Most hotels and B&Bs have parking arrangements, but there may be an additional charge to park a car. Catch a Cat: www.catchacat.org Several taxi services operate in the Historic District. We found this very economical for evening travel between the Mansion at Forsyth Park and the Historic District. |
