Natural Foods Restaurants

You find small natural foods stores in small towns all over Tuscany and Umbria.

You can also find some organic products at the larger supermarkets. In the dairy section, you can find organic eggs and butter. In the other sections, organic noodles and some other products. Sometimes even a vegetarian cutlet in the freezer section. Usually they are grouped together and labeled "Bio".

Un Punto Macrobiotico: There are several of these macrobiotic/natural food restaurants combined with small food stores in Umbria and Tuscany. Look for address on Happy Cow.
