I was disappointed based on what I was expecting from the website -- which has been revised since I got home! Breakfast stale. View includes industrial area. {3 star}

This is an agriturismo, though I don't remember seeing that fact on the website before I made my reservation. As per website, "Art and home" are indeed beautiful. Breakfast (cereal, bread/jam, juice, tea/coffee) was stale, nothing "farm fresh" here as far as I could tell.

There was no means of cooling my room in summer though the website claims ceiling fans in every room. You could always leave your screen-less windows open all night and let the bugs in. In 3 days there we never saw the owners. There was no Internet access I ever saw, though according to the website there is some. There's a cute little farm next door with donkeys my son enjoyed. The main panorama overlooks an industrial area you pass on the road in, but is otherwise nice.

Local hotel-restaurant in Rosia, down the road, is inexpensive and has tasty local food. All in all I would not stay here again. We paid €107 per night.
