Beautiful setting, fantastic pool, extremely restful, good food but its isolated location requires a car to fully enjoy the area.

The hotel is actually made up of a series of small villas around the main house. Our room was spotless, rather simple, but very quiet (the ones near the kitchen could be noisy) and it had a sweet patio.

I'd recommend this hotel for families or couples. They had bikes available for exploring the area and a table tennis area and good walking nearby.

The waiter and the cook were really helpful and sweet, and one of the owners (the younger brother) was a pleasant wine steward.

I guess the only bad thing, which is really a shame, is that the two other owners (mother and elder son) were so stingy and unkind that they never once smiled or greeted us in any way. Didn't really understand that...maybe they were just burned out; after all, it was the end of their season.

The real reason I would return tomorrow if possible is because they had the most fabulous olive oil! That was worth the cost of the room...which really was pretty reasonable.
