Great inexpensive B&B in the Quadrilatero Romano.

We enjoyed three nights at this B and B. Located on the Piazza Savoia, the Ai Savoia is a comfortable walking distance to Torino's many sights and activities. The staff of the Ai Savoia are very helpful and worked hard to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, decorated with Barogue splendour, and very clean.

We paid 95E a night - a bargain for this area.

Breakfast was the usual European hotel/B&B breakfast - fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, freshly baked pastries, yoghurt, and bread. The coffee was far better than we had had at other Italian B&Bs.

The B&B is located in a restored 17th century palazzo. In addition to the main building, there are a number of 'satellite rooms' which are actually apartments located in buildings around the piazza. We stayed in one of these. We found that the locations of the 'satellite rooms' gave rise to plenty of street noise. This would not be an issue staying in the main part of the B&B.

I would not hesitate to stay here again.
