Clean and spacious. Wonderful innkeeper (Marco). Located near a vaporetto stop. Great authentic location (off the tourist beat). Very good value!

We decided to stay somewhere away from the San Marco area, and found this truly lovely hotel in a great location in Venice, near the Campo dei Frari.

Marco, who I believe owns the hotel, is there much of the time, and speaks English very well. He is kind, helpful, and attentive to details. He will give you wonderful recommendations for meals.

Our room appeared freshly painted and decorated. The entire pensione was immaculate. The price at that time was an unbelieveable value. Looking at its website, the rates still seem very good, especially for Venice. I would not hesitate to recommend this small, attractive hotel to anyone.
