Noisy. Some unfriendly staff.

The hotel was a mixed bag. The room was nice and location was okay, but if I remember correctly (stayed there a few months ago) it was a long walk to the town center.

The hotel is off a main street, so can be noisy.

My experience with the staff was also a mixed bag - some were friendly, one downright rude. The Rick Steves discount would have saved me a few bucks, but they refused to honor it. Would not stay there again.
