Art Academy B&B (aka Accademia B&B) is in a great old building in superb location of Venice.

Accademia Bed & Breakfast is in a neat old picturesque building located just a few paces from the southern end of the Accademia bridge.

They have several large rooms on two floors, with some facing the Grand Canal and Accademia bridge, so ask for those. Our spacious triple room faced a well-traveled walkway (opposite Grand Canal side), but was quiet at night. This room shared a bath, which was very well appointed with marble flooring and nice fixtures.

A nice and casual breakfast is included in a sunny room, and Barbara (I think) is very hospitable. Their web site shows the building covered in vines, but those have evidently been removed. The front gate is a simple 25 yard walk (no bridges) from the vaporetto stop, and a café is in next building.

Guests must pay balance in cash, but this is an excellent place to stay, with spacious rooms, a very nice proprietor and in a superb Venice location.
