It's the only place to stay in the old city and it's OK.

This is the only place to stay in the old city and near the buses to the fabulous necropolis. It's near the far end of the Via Etruria from the gate. There are two doors, one to the rooms and one to the breakfast place. The bedrooms are ensuite and comfortable with good showers but without 'frills.' The breakfast is plentiful. The B&B and the place generally are remarkably friendly.
