This is THE B&B to stay at in Cortona. Perfect location. Great hosts. Fantastic breakfast. Reasonably priced. Chair lift for people who need one. PERFECT!

We felt so fortunate to find this place when we were doing so at the last minute. Now I can not imagine staying any other place in Cortona.

It is located on the main street in the center of town. Everything is easily accessible. Parking is easy at the lot below with moving stairs up to the town. Breakfasts are made to order: eggs, waffles, brioche, etc.

Rooms are immaculate, beds are comfy, bathrooms and showers are wonderful. There is a/c in each room. On top of all this, prices are quite reasonable. We had a triple room which was quite spacious. It was a room in back and so it was quite quiet but I suspect the ones facing the street are quiet also as the day-trippers leave. Would return in a heartbeat.
