This small B & B is within walking distance of Termini station and is located in a residential area near Piazza Dante. There are three rooms, two of which share a bathroom at the end of the hall. We took two rooms, one single and one double with the shared bathroom. There is a common area where the dining table is, that has a TV, stereo, games and lots of books. There is also a computer for guest use. The rooms are well furnished and very clean. There is a bit of street noise, but with the windows shut it was not a problem. They do have air conditioning, but in October we did not need it. Breakfast was simple and included cornetti, rolls, yogurt, juice and coffee. Marlene, the owner, is a really nice and also, interesting person; she hung out with us and the other guests and talked over our breakfasts. We paid 100 euros per night for BOTH rooms. I loved this B & B and would stay here again in a heartbeat - in fact, I would be bummed if I couldn't. Reviewed by: geert m from Belgium, review #2314 When: July 2008
The rooms were very clean and large, above standard. The same thing about the bathrooms. We received very useful information about places to visit, bus, metro lines and good restaurants nearby. The host is very warm and friendly, we felt like at home during our stay. We could also use her PC. The building is very close to two metro entrances and Termini train station. It is situated in a calm safe neighbourhood and traffic noise is under control (good isolation). The breakfast was very nice with fresh bread from the nearby panetteria !
