Great location. An even better host. Clean; but bathroom really small. On 3rd floor. Room overlooks courtyard of apartment building and smells musty. Can be noisy.

The B&B Pascucci is on the 3rd floor of an old apartment building a 5-10 minute walk west of Piazza Navona and 10 minute walk to Vatican.

The room is right in the owner's apartment and has a very small ensuite bath. The room was roomy enough with a small walkin closet. The shower was SMALL even for my wife. If you are over 250lbs and claustrophobic this could cause a problem.

The bedroom overlooked the courtyard which was musty smelling and could be noisy.

These were minor annoyances.

The host Luciano Pascucci was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel very welcome in his home. He spoke little english and his wife Anna Maria spoke no english. With our limited Italian there was no problem.

Luciano would plan your siteseeing itinerary every day if you wanted and even made reservations for us. He would tell you what buses and subways to take to get to certain venues.

He made recommendations on some great nearby restaurants that were tasty and inexpensive.

The price was €95 per night. From what I have read that is a good price for the location.
