This hotel was one of the highlights of our 2 weeks in Italy. A wonderful place with a terrific staff. Beautiful grounds & large apartment style accommodation. {3 star}

This place is a hidden gem. Mostly due to the staff including Gia, Federica, Antonio, and Stefano. They spoke very good English making up for our inability to speak Italian. We relied very much on them for directions and recommendations.

Siena was our base for 7 days in Tuscany so we returned to the hotel each evening after our day trips. They have a great little winery and have available great cheeses and meats in the evening along with breakfast. The landscaping is very nice with a great pool (too cool for us to use in May). The rooms were large and comfortable. We didn't cook but our room had a full kitchen supplied with most everything one would need for making a full meal. Thanks to everyone at Borgo Grandaie for making our stay the BEST!
