This wonderful B&B is right on the Piazza Sant'Oronzo, the heart of the historic center. The "suite" is an apartment with a kitchen corner, very nicely done.

I loved staying at this hotel, run by the very helpful Franzi Roselli. The B&B is on the third floor of an elevator building, with the rooms behind a secure entry door.

My suite was quite nicely furnished, with a good-sized bedroom, including not just the bed but also a divan. The bathroom was very modern, with nice quality fixtures. The other big room was a combination living room, dining room and kitchen corner. The place was a delight to come home to, and the management was more than helpful.

The location couldn't have been better. Breakfast was "served" in a caffè on the piazza, which was a very pleasant place. The ground floor of the building had a great bookstore, another caffè, a toy store (and a McDonald's but we won't mention that). The piazza is the site of a roman amphitheatre, and the locale of the daily passegiatta. Wonderful!
