A quiet hotel in San Marco with lovely Venetian decor and great family rooms. {3 stars}

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in a two bedroom suite in June. The cost was 210 euros (including breakfast, a/c and free wi-fi.)

The children's bedroom had a fold-out couch instead of a bed. This was fine for our kids but I doubt adults would want to sleep on it. The decor was what I think of as typical Venetian. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was a good size.

The breakfast room was pleasant. The breakfast was adequate - typical with fruits, pastries and juice. The coffee was good, but was regular drip coffee not espresso.

This hotel was a real find. Although located in San Marco, it was at the end of a dead-end alley and was very quiet. It's an easy walk from the vaporetto stop.

The owners were friendly and we enjoyed our stay. It was pleasant to be so close to the tourist attractions and yet have a quiet place to return to at night. We would stay again.
