Recently renovated, free internet, a/c near the beach and off street parking.

The hotel was renovated in 2006. It has a modern lobby and modern (but small) rooms and nice bathrooms. The staff was conscientious but only spoke a little English. This was not a barrier, however.

They served a (free) below average colazione (breakfast). Coffee tea or juice was dispensed by machine only. The cornetti, cakes and bread were average. I did not have any meals there as the hotel is close to many restaurants and pizzerias near the northern end of the Lungomare that reaches south to the Pescara River and the Castellamare d'Adriatico section of Pescara.

The beach is close-by but not particularly noteworthy. Most rooms have an outdoor balcony and a pool is available in season. The hotel is near the Warner Center (mall) and the Congress Building (conference center).

The rooms had air conditioning and cable TV. The rooms were modern clean and comfortable. Our double room was small, however, with space at a premium. There was a mini-bar / small refrigerator. The hotel has a card key system. The bathrooms were fairly large and modern. There was only a shower (no tub).

Free internet is available. The staff gives you a code to register and access a Wi-Fi network.

There is some parking adjacent to the hotel. But there are free public parking lots within 50-75 meters so parking should not be a problem. One caveat to this is that in the summer there may be quite large crowds and parking may fill up quickly. The City was constructing a new parking lot behind the hotel.

I paid US$58 per night, a great deal I got through Expedia. The room was paid for in advance and no transactions at checkout took place at the hotel.
