Small charming 3-star hotel with friendly personnel.

A good place for an economy staying, honestly bearing its 3 stars rating. The room was ok, with all the necessities (except for a hair-dryer). Good breakfast. Small hotel size, pleasant lobby design, and very friendly staff create a charming atmosphere of a quiet suburban house.

The location of Alex is a bit further away from the center of Florence but we had absolutely no problem getting there by bus.

Highly recommended.
