Very attentive staff that proved extremely helpful during our 1 night stay. Large room with a garden view. 5-7 minute walk to all the major attractions. {3 stars}

Like many of the hotels in Florence, this is an older 3 star hotel. It appears that they differentiate themselves from others by offering exceptional service with a friendly, courteous staff.

When we checked in, we asked for a 4:15am wake-up call to make an early flight next morning. When we got back to the room after dinner, they had delivered a continental breakfast tray so we would not have to travel on an empty stomach. Additionally, the night shift followed up the automated wake-up call with a personal call to make sure we were up and about. Nice touch.

The hotel offers high speed internet access for 5 euros/60 minutes. I used this service and it worked as advertised. If we travel to Florence again, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation.
