Well located. We found the staff very helpful & friendly. {3 star}

The hotel was a much higher standard than a 3 star here in the UK.

The décor was nice though I personally prefer more modern. The hotel's location was ideal for seeing the main attractions of Rome.

Stifling, no air conditioning - despite what they say. {3 star}

The elevator, long out of service, now works, but we can't say the same for the purported air conditioning. Our air conditioner was really a dehumidifier, and other guests we spoke to also had dehumidifiers that the staff claimed were air conditioners.

Our quad room was tiny and stifling. If we opened the windows, the noise was deafening. Bathroom, breakfast and location were good. Some staff friendly and helpful, some aloof. If were not for the lack of air conditioning, we'd stay here agian. But because the room was intolerably hot, we won't.
