Great location. Several blocks from the Duomo.

The management at the Hotel Columbo was extremely helpful. Friendly, informative and happy to make reservations for the Uffizi, Accademia, and wherever else I may have wanted to go.

The hotel has a computer for guests with free internet service as well as free WiFi. The breakfast was good - cheese, hard boiled eggs, cereal, prosciutto, fruit, and delicious espresso! Moderately priced.

I was mainly in contact with Serena, but the owner was equally helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel - very clean, great central location, wonderful owners/managers, very pleasant and helpful. Prices are very fair and good value.

It says it was a 3 star hotel -- it's a 5 star hotel for location! We were able to come back to the hotel throughout the day to freshen up or drop off our purchases. The manager/owners are 5 star helpful and pleasant, very refreshing especially after a stay in Paris. We had a quad room, which was bigger than we expected. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us adults. Bathroom was a bit small but that's to be expected.

We had access to a computer down the hall with FREE internet, which was great to have in this email world. There wasn't any problems using it even though it was just one computer for the entire hotel.
