Two blocks from Termini train station, a decent short-term stay; very pleasant staff. {2 stars}

Our two triple rooms (each 170 E./night) were fairly small and basic--just one chair in addition to the queen and single beds--but clean and high-ceilinged. Mini-bar and safe in each room. Beds were comfortable; en-suite bathrooms were simple but good.

Air-conditioning, recently turned on for the season, was fine in 1 room, wonky in the other, and though efforts were made to remedy this, it was a bit stuffy for sleeping. For us, it was a bit too noisy to have the window open, since street vendors directly below started to set up at about 6:30am. A bit disappointed not to have been offered a discount for this. (I probably should have asked for one).

Breakfast, included in the price, was a tasty cappuccino and pastry at the little coffee bar across the street. No lounge/sitting area in the hotel, which the 6 of us would have made some use of. The hotel has an elevator.

So, overall, pretty good value for money, very convenient to the train station.
