Good location for the historic centre; bus stop opposite the hotel. Poor breakfast and somehow noisy due to main road in front of the hotel. {2 stars}

The hotel is a well-kept place on the edge of the historic centre of Perugia.

It is a ten minutes walk from the main bus station to the hotel. Overall the location is pretty fine. BUT: A good location sometimes means noise. This affects mainly visitors who get rooms to the front. So ask for rooms at the back. The views down the valley are quite attractive.

Breakfast is a waste of money and time! So spend an extra €2 and get yourself to a nearby bar, have a proper coffee and a cornetto there and you will have a better start of the day than at the hotel.

Staff was quite friendly. Overall: Not the best place to stay but there might be worse places, too.

Great 2 star place to stay if you're looking to save money!

This hotel is just outside the walls of Perugia and across the street from one of the escalators up to the old town. Very convenient, but you need to pay attention to which escalator and which level to get off at, as there are more than one! It is also directly across the street from a bus stop which gets you to the train station in 10 minutes.

This is a basic 2 star hotel. My single room was actually a huge double, with private bath and balcony, for €45 for a Friday night in early March.

My only complaint was the lack of lighting - it was not possible to read in the room after dark (10 watt bulbs?) unless I wanted to camp out in the bathroom. Breakfast was prepackaged items with a Nescafe coffee machine. The owner gives you a set of keys to the building upon arrival; no 24 hour front desk service. There is an elevator, and room for parking out front.

This is a great little find if you're looking to keep costs down.
