Centrally located, inexpensive. {2 stars}

A 2 star hotel located in the center of town; E85 per night. Clean rooms, firm comfortable beds, adequate bathroom.

No individual air conditioning controls but the temp was ok, probably because we stayed in September and it was cool weather. Ground floor contained a bar-restaurant and the stairs up to the first floor where the registration counter is located. It is not always staffed but someone from the restaurant will get you checked in.

Our third floor room was on the street, via Grappoli, which was sometimes noisy but quieted down after 11 pm. Ask for a room in the rear of the hotel.

Breakfast was the usual cold items, cereal, ham,cheese bread, yoghurt, etc., and served from 7am to 10am.

The big plus for this hotel is the location and the price. The bigger, plusher downtown hotels have rooms from E180 to E400 per night.

It is located 20 meters inside the pedestrian zone so you can't drive to it. The hotel provides space in a nearby parking garage for E5 per night; it is accessed by a key and the stalls have locking doors. There is no place to park on the street.

Upon arrival we parked in a commercial underground garage, hauled our bags 2 blocks to the hotel, registered, walked back to the car and drove to the garage used by the hotel. I checked with some other hotels and they charged E19 per night to park.
