We enjoyed this hotel. Good breakfast, small rooms, mostly helpful staff, slight heating problem, good location, accommodating. {2 stars}

We booked this hotel online before the trip, wanting to know in advance where we would be staying and not having to deal with finding a hotel tired from the flight.

Price was a factor. There were 3 of us; my partner, I, and his sister. We had a single and a double, cost: single E45, double E65.

Sister discovered a water leak and was moved to a new room. No control knob on radiator heater in that room, which only ever at best got tepid.

Computer access available. Helpful staff. Made reservation for last night before flight home. They let us know they had a shuttle available.

Because of a train strike, we only made it to Rome when we were transitioning between location stays. Not wanting to hassle with finding a new hotel we walked to Hotel Italia. They had rooms available! 5 euro more per room. Decided to stay 2 nights. Most staff helpful. Asked a male night staff about heating, he was somewhat abrupt and blew my concerns off. All other staff was very pleasant.

Last night made arrangements for their shuttle service to take us to airport. What a godsend. Beautiful car. 50 euros.
