Lovely, Charming & Friendly

My husband and I spent 9 nights here in early September. San Gimignano was our home base to explore Tuscany.

There is very convenient parking outside the city walls. Our room was on the street side. We kept the windows closed and the AC on, as it was hot during our stay. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel’s breakfast is wonderful, and it can be taken in the hotel’s lovely courtyard. Restaurants are a personal matter; we found Dulcis in Fondo to be the better one in town for us.

San Gimignano is a lovely town to stroll in before or after dinner. We would stay at this hotel again.

Our stay at Hotel L'Antico Pozzo was delightful; great location in the historic center. {3 stars}

Rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

All of the staff we encountered were really helpful, which left us with warm memories of our stay there.

San Gimignano is a wonderful town and we expect to return some day.

Wonderful hotel in a nice location. Would definitely stay here again. {3 stars}

Although I stayed here back in 2000, I remember this 3 star hotel to be very charming, quiet, comfortable and convenient. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
