Small hotel in great location. Room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful; all spoke English. Great Chinese restaurant right next door.

I had a single room with shower for €100 per night. I liked this hotel and will stay here again. I walked to shopping, and Duomo from the hotel. The taxi ride from the central train station was €8 and change.

I took a cab to Yguana - a local night spot - for €7.

This is a good {2-star} budget option in Milan.

A small two-star hotel located between Sforza Castle and the Duomo. Easy walking distance to Duomo, La Scala, Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele, shopping on Via Montenapoleone and Peck's. We used this hotel when we arrived and departed from Milan since we were leaving from Linate Airport.

We found it very clean and quiet. The rooms were small with a tiny but adequate bathroom. The rooms came with TV. The decor was "60's hotel." Staff was very friendly. Cost in Fall 2001 for a room for two was 250,000L (~$118.00US)

It is easy to get to by Metro; maybe a 5 minute walk from Carioli station. A 5-10 minute walk to the Duomo. You can also take a taxi from Central Station. It was recommended in Rick Steves' Italy guidebook.
