This was our hotel for our first night in Piemonte - we stayed at this accommodation for three nights during a visit in Torino and the Slow Food Fair. It is situated just a few minutes walk from the Porta Susa station, but is in a quiet and decent neighborhood. Breakfasts were adequate and pleasing, the rooms were clean and fine, and the staff was helpful, although only one of them had a good knowledge of English. There is a private parking space for hotel guests. Right beside the hotel is a small grocery store that we stopped at in the morning to buy a bit of produce for munching on later in the day. It was our first encounter with the typical tastes of Italy... There are also a couple of what seemed like good restaurants close by (lots of locals), although we returned too late at night to indulge ourselves there. We enjoyed the stroll from the hotel to Via Garibaldi and the city center in the morning. For a budget-priced hotel, this was a good deal, and we'd return.
