Nice, well maintained hotel, with plenty of space for family of four, centrally located in Venice but in a quiet area. Very helpful staff. {3 stars}

The hotel rooms were huge, plenty big for our family, two adults and two boys, age 8 and 13. The room was a junior suite with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was not the most comfortable ... but we solved the problem and placed the mattress on the floor and one child slept on it and the other on the sofa.

The room was decorated very nicely, and the air conditioning worked great. The location was awesome between Rialto and St. Marks and everything was an easy walk. The management was very helpful and made recommendations on where to visit and eat. They even came out to find us when we were lost on the first day!
