Good location for sightseeing, clean, upscale. {4 star}

The hotel is in a good location for tourists. The Campo di Fiori, Piazza Farnese, and Piazza Navona are just a few quick blocks away. Although it is a bit of a walk, we did walk to both the Colosseum and Vatican, as well as the closer Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

I will mention that the street is very small and covered in graffiti; I worried a little when we first arrived. We did find it to be very safe, and an active pedestrian route for locals walking over the bridge. No worries other than how the street looked. The hotel was lovely inside.

The nearby piazzas really come alive at night which was great to have places to eat and hang out in the evening.

Our room was very quiet, though. The room was modern and clean, and the bed was actually a King -- making us so much more comfortable! The bathroom was American-like (with a shower door). The hotel was pretty upscale in general. They had a cocktail bar, as well as two outdoor garden/terrace areas.

The front desk staff spoke English. Breakfast was meats, cheeses, bread, pastry, fruit, cereal and also included hard boiled eggs--a nice continental spread. We paid €195 in early June. A cab ride from the airport was €55. The hotel arranged a car for us at departure for €50.
