Exceptional staff.

The Hotel appears to be set-up for businessmen. In-room faxes, free parking in a garage, clean rooms, big breakfast (meat, cheese, cereal pastries, juice, coffee), etc.

What made the place special was the staff. While no one spoke English and my Italian sucks, I was treated as if I were a visiting king. When we arrived they took our car and parked it for us in the very small garage next to the hotel. We were then escorted to a very large room, actually a three bedroom suite for four.

When I asked for directions for a place to eat they insisted on escorting me to the restaurant where they told the owner that we were staying with them and didn’t speak Italian and to take care of us.

Our entire visit was like they were trying to give us the best stay ever. They made sure we had bus schedules and directions every day. For 70 euros a day including breakfast and garage I thought this was a good value. I highly recommend this hotel.
