A wonderful hotel! {4 star}

We stayed at this hotel last year and again this year. It is by far our favorite hotel. It is a new hotel with old-world charm. The staff is exceptional and it was great seeing some the familiar faces again this year. They gave us a room on the top floor with a huge patio overlooking the Santa Maria Novella Church one way and the Duomo and Bell Tower the other. What views.

The breakfasts are wonderful, too. It's very close to the train station; only a 5 minute walk underground. A great hotel and we definitely will stay there again when we return to Florence. Cost €215 for a double per night.
