Good, quiet location in the center of Orvieto. Room (#32) was good sized but a bit worn with loud A/C. People at the front desk were not at all friendly.

We had booked directly with the hotel but arrived to find that they didn't have our reservation. We showed them printed copies of the email exchanges and they were quite confused. Luckily they did have a room available.

It is in a quiet area of the city and the rooms were reasonable for the price. Nothing special. Our room was large and had a double and twin bed, sofa, TV and dresser. The bathroom was good sized and very clean. The staff was not particularly friendly.

Overall it was a reasonable place to stay. I would stay again if I couldn't find another hotel within the city but it wouldn't be my first preference.
