I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was perfect. I felt very safe walking to/from the hotel at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. {4 stars}

When I stayed at Hotel Victoria it was still a 3 star hotel, although the staff uniforms had 4 stars by the name of the hotel. I just checked the website and it has now been upgraded to a 4 star hotel. The pool/spa has been completed which may have upped the star rating.

I stayed in a single room and paid 120 euros per night. The room was a good size and the bathroom was also spacious. It was quiet at night (except for the night Italy beat Germany during the World Cup games). The breakfasts were superb and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had two minor complaints about this hotel but neither major enough to keep me from staying here again. First, there was a lot of dusty fabric in the room which for me sometimes presented a problem with my allergies. Second, the bed was very soft. This problem was solved on the second night when I realized that if I slept on the other side, the bed was firmer.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was a 10-15 minute walk from both the train station, the river, and Piazza Castello. I felt very safe at night, much safer than I did near the train station.

I LOVED Torino and would definitely stay here again.
