Convenient and very reasonably priced option for quick access to FCO and central Rome.

Clean, new, modern and spacious for the price. We paid 72 euros (price is the same for single or double). Free outdoor parking, but limited spaces, one of the two nights we had to use the secure parking (indoor) garage and paid 8 euros. Breakfast is extra (8 euros) and food seemed to be available at other times of the day/evening, but we did not eat/drink anything here.

Our 2 stays were only for 10-11 hours each time, and we had a car to drive to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The rail line going to Rome and the airport appears to be about a five minute walk away and judging from the amount of train traffic we could hear, there is frequent service as well. The station is Muratella. The drive to FCO is an easy 10 minute drive, even - it appeared to us based on our drives - at rush hour. Interestingly, this hotel was recently mentioned in a New York Times travel article.

The one downside for me was the neighborhood is in transition from neglected to new/modern and although I certainly felt safe, the views from the hotel were either of construction on one side of the building or of the train line and some trash filled spots with open fields and the GRA highway seen not too far distant. I would stay here again for convenience and price, but would not choose it for any type of extended stay as we prefer a more intimate, non-chain, full service hotel, when we do stay in hotels.
