B&B with lots of character; great value for money; very good location. {3 stars}

We needed a triple room at very short notice (we booked 3 days in advance) and were given a suite with two bedrooms (1 double + 1 twin) and 1.5 bathrooms...all for €100 per night. The twin room even had frescoed ceilings!

The breakfasts were brought up to our room and quite plain (cornetti, orange juice and coffee), but decent. I found the location ideal (just inside the city walls, Porta Tufi), with close parking at a special discounted rate if you get your ticket stamped at the hotel (basically half-price).

The negatives were street noise, but I don't think there are many quiet streets in city center, and a leaky radiator, but we threw a towel down and that was that. The decor is also a bit dated, but I didn't care. All in all, I felt it a fantastic value for money.
