Very good place to stay: friendly staff, clean, central located. Very good value!

I liked the "Il panciolle" and stayed there the second time while visiting Spoleto. It is located in the historic centre of the town. The rooms are spaceous (except the bathrooms...), clean and not noisy at all. Ask for rooms with a view - although they might be a bit more expensive. Breakfast is not included in the rate but can be taken additionally. I am not sure if staff is able to comunicate in English, but anyway they are very friendly.

There might be better places to stay in Spoleto but this is definitely a place with excellent value and therefore my choice for my next visit to this lovely village.
