Great price and great location.

This B&B is great. The location was excellent, only a two minute walk to Piazza Navona.

There are many, many restaurants, cafes and bars right outside the door.

The room (we had the suite) was huge and very clean. Nice big bathroom as well.

We had to leave before breakfast was served (8:30) so can't comment on that.

We used the airport pickup service (45E each way) which was great and convenient. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at FCO and was back promptly the next morning to take us back.

Since this is only one of their B&B locations, there is not always an owner on site. The driver will phone and let them know you're on your way and they'll be there when you arrive.

The only negative would be the noise from the street below at night. It didn't bother us, but if someone has trouble sleeping, it might. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so could be a problem for someone with mobility issues.

I will definitely stay at this B&B again. We paid 130E for the night, which is deal for any place in Rome.
