Rustic elegance in a peaceful setting outside Orvieto - brand new and terrific!

Four us us enjoyed two spacious suites in this sparkling new inn and spa. We were able to view many of the rooms and they are all roomy and individually decorated, some with antiques from the owners families. Two large suites are more like cottages, complete with fireplace and terrace. The spa is a minimalist gem - water trickling over rocks into a soothing pool, peaceful massage areas - really beautiful.

The restaurant was still under construction, but we look forward to trying it this winter. Our favorite waiter from Sette Consoli is in charge of the food, so it should be stellar!

The grounds are beautiful - gardens, and a pool, and the views to Orvieto are superb.

Rates for the 4 rooms and 8 suites depend on the season and length of stay, and range from 180 euros to 360 euros per night, including breakfast.
