A beautiful and very welcoming B&B with great owners just outside the historic center of Bologna: clean, comfortable and a great value.

This lovely B&B just outside the historic center is located in a residential area, away from the main street, which makes it quiet and peaceful. The B&B has a wonderful courtyard with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy.

The rooms, each with a private bathroom, are equipped with a small refrigerator containing milk and breakfast supplies. There is an espresso maker in the hallway for the use of all guests.

The B&B is very clean, with modern fixtures and decorated with taste and style. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything you might need for a short stay.

The owner, Franca, is extremely nice and responds to inquiries and all questions very promptly. She puts a lot of care into running the B&B and it shows. She has thought of everything you might need and provides detailed instructions. If you have any questions, she is more than happy to answer them.

This is the perfect place for a short stay (less than a week) in Bologna. It is close to the center, yet away from its noise and crowds. A perfect oasis in this gorgeous city!
