An absolutely lovely and charming surprise.

After a stay at a dingy Rome hotel, this was just an adorable surprise. It is located high above town with incredible views of the town spilling down to the sea. Our room (number 8) was a superior double, with two twin beds combined. It was white, bright and clean. The room had a cute painted armoir, red bedspreads and curtains, a new clean bath with a tight, good shower. It contained a small fridge, safe and television.

Breakfast was the best we had at any hotel during our trip. It was beautifully presented and very filling. The hikers needed the fueling up, trust me! There were several terraces for sitting and admiring the views along with our own private terrace. This place is a keeper!! Recommended by Margo Classe and Rick Steves, too.
