If location is all that is needed, this is a clean, quiet choice. If you need any guidance, directions, etc., try elsewhere.

Took the advice of fellow slow travelers on this site and tried this small hotel. I can recommend room #3, with a quaint view down a small, quiet canal.

However, we were disappointed on multiple occasions not to have the assistance of the owners. Specifically, we were given incorrect weather (it poured within 10 minutes, we had no umbrella), incorrect directions, (we never found the restaurant that was close by, and luckily did not try the other two we had asked directions for as it turned out they were not even in the part of town we were directed to), and we were surprised to find the actual rate of the water taxi to the airport was over a third higher than the front desk had estimated!

There is no one on duty after 8 pm, so make sure you have everything you need before hand. At €180 a night, I expected a higher level of service.
