Friendly and Reasonable Near Train Station {3 stars}

This three star hotel for 115 euros (standard double) was a great deal in Venice.

Less than 200 yards from train station yet on a quiet street off the Grand Canal. Very friendly English-speaking staff full of advice and free maps. Excellent breakfast with delicious cappuccino. Extremely clean.

We felt like we were leaving family after staying only one night. We would stay here again even if we didn't need to be near the train station as we did this time!
