A good find, and so convenient.

A lovely quiet small hotel, with elevator; only 2 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Station, so very convenient.

I had room 7 at the back, so I slept well with no street noise.

The bathroom looked fairly new, and while small, was more than adequate.

The TV in the room had CNN, and a small table and two chairs if you want to bring food and drinks back to the room.

Breakfast was a tray of pre-packaged goods, but with a kettle and a fridge in the room at least you can make a cup of tea.

There are no staff there at night, just from morning up until 7pm. It is a very safe building, with 3 huge locked doors between you and the street!

The rooms are all prettily decorated; mine was pinkish/terracotta, with lots of fluffy pillows and crisp linens and very clean.

I was very happy with this hotel; will stay there again, in my favourite city!
