A very nice and fairly new 4 star "boutique" hotel with a very good location on the Grand Canal. {4 stars}

We stayed in this very nice 4 star hotel for 3 nights.

The facility is just a few years old and is in beautiful shape. The location is right on the Grand Canal with a private dock for the water taxi. Also, a vaporetto stop is less than 25 yards away.

The rooms are quite comfortable with good amenities and great marble bathrooms. The staff was friendly and very service oriented.

Breakfast was very good with a good assortment of fruit, pastries, cereals, eggs, cappuccino and juice. Hotel does not have a restaurant - the closest restaurants are a five minute walk.
