We had a wonderful holiday at this {4-star} hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful; the gardens were beautiful; the views of Etna were fantastic. Loved it.

The hotel was lovely; the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to help with any problems we encountered. The food was good and the gardens were really beautiful. Our balcony had the most spectacular views of Etna, which was erupting at the time.

We went at the end of the season so the hotel was probably quieter than normal, but all of the hotel facilites remained open, including the spa, which was a wonderful place to relax on a (fortunately rare) rainy day. We had a wonderful time and would love to go again.
