Excellent amenities, value and location for Milano Centrale {4 stars}

The exterior of this four star hotel, across from Milan Centrale train station, is unprepossessing but the interior is warm and welcoming and the rooms are delightfully large and well-equipped.

Featherbeds and great pillows, good and accessible bathroom with grab bars in the tub, and lovely breakfast in the morning, plus an accommodating staff who provided us with the International Herald in the morning at breakfast and cheerfully made reservations for dinner, gave us walking and train directions, and generally enhanced a lovely two days of "museum cramming" in Milan for us.

Online, we booked a superior double for 160.00 dollars including taxes and breakfast and felt it was extremely good value at that price.
