B&B with 15 rooms near Cortona. {4 stars}

We made our reservations directly with the owners. The Villa dates back to the 1500s. It has been completely restored by the present owners with all of the comforts that Americans love. It's in a private park setting, with a garden. A swimming pool is now being installed.

It's close to Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi and Florence. The owners make you feel like family. We have made many trips to Italy and have never found a place as beautiful as this Villa in all of our travels. We plan on a return trip in the spring of 2002 with a much longer stay.

This Villa is truly what Italy is all about. We enjoy sharing this information with others, because we know how disappointing it is to book a place that turns out to be a travel nightmare.
