Travel Recipes for Italy

One of the best things about staying in a vacation rental is that you get to cook some of your meals. This gives you a great excuse to shop at the local markets and delis and try foods that are in season. Cooking at "home" also gives you a break from restaurants and lets you have a leisurely evening eating what you want and when you want.

This section has Judith's cooking/shopping basics and a wonderful set of easy recipes to use when traveling in Italy. We hope to add more simple Italian recipes in the future.

Of course, you don't have to be traveling it Italy to use these recipes!!
